A new knolling.....

As promised, some more from the ongoing knolling project. The above is my own equipment used for most shoots (minus the tripod due to being a forgetful plonker), with the lighting coming from a couple of strobes set either side of the table. The backing is just a couple of pieces of cartridge paper with what feels like a thousand different pieces of blue-tac (though let it be said blue-tac remains the most useful tool on the planet) dotting the surface to hold everything in place.\

The remaining images below come from various artists here in the Caribbean and in order are; Darien Robertson (photographer, technician and reluctant model), Bryony May Kummer-Seddon MA (theatre practitioner, wife and possessor of too many pens), Laura Jones MA (textile, fibre arts and fashion lecturer as well as owner of the heaviest sewing machine in the planet), Jeff Menzies (sculptor, instrument maker and sadly now in another country) and Damaris Mayne (artist, jeweler and all-round wonderful teacher).
